Tony Sulic

Co Founder

In 2017, Tony entered the mortgage industry after completing the full CeMAP qualification, later strengthening his expertise with the RO7 Advanced Mortgage qualification. Over the next decade, he built his skills at two respected brokerages, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of mortgage scenarios, including complex buy-to-let cases, time-sensitive transactions and new-build completions.
 
Throughout his career, Tony has learned that success in the mortgage industry relies not only on technical knowledge but also on foresight, efficiency, along with a strong commitment to delivering results. These are the qualities he brings to every client relationship.
 
Founding Prescient Partners was a natural progression. Tony set out to build a modern, client-focused mortgage brokerage that delivers clarity, speed and confidence at every stage of the process, especially for busy professionals who need expert support without unnecessary hassle.
 
Outside of his professional life, Tony is a passionate endurance athlete and a strong advocate for both mental and physical wellbeing. He has completed several marathons and, most recently, an ultramarathon. Yoga and weight training are also key parts of his daily routine.

Mark Miller

Since graduating from university in 2012, the mortgage industry has been Mark’s sole professional focus. It is an area he has studied, practiced and grown with passion. From working in major banks to independent brokerages, he has immersed himself in every aspect of the role, steadily building the expertise and foresight that now shape his work at Prescient Partners.

Mark has led teams, advised a wide range of clients, and thrived in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. His approach is rooted in clarity, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset. These qualities align closely with Prescient’s values and his own commitment to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of the office, Mark is driven by high-performance challenges, whether that involves martial arts, long-distance running and surfing. That same determination powers his professional life, where he remains disciplined, adaptable, and consistently focused on staying ahead.

Tamara Ujkic

Case Manager

Tamara plays a pivotal role in delivering a smooth and supportive client experience at the firm. With a background in financial planning, business development and high-trust client service, she brings both structure and care to each stage of the mortgage and protection process.

Before joining the financial services sector, Tamara worked across industries such as elite sport and private childcare. These fast-paced environments demanded precision, discretion and strong communication; qualities that now define her work with clients navigating key financial decisions.

As the firm’s primary case handler, she works closely with the co-founders to ensure every case is managed with clarity, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to the client’s goals.


When she’s not working, Tamara enjoys travelling (especially to Montenegro, where her roots lie) and spending time with her family.
